| One day Scientific Workshop on Medical Education was conducted by the Medical Education Department of this College on 20th November,2009 in 3 Sessions on the following topics
1.Educational Objectives
2.Management of slow learners and low achievers
3.Innovative methods in curriculum designing 20 faculties attended this workshop. |

| Governing Body meeting of this college was held on 18th June, 2009 under the Chairmanship of ourChairman Sri B. Ramachandran. Nominated members of the Pondicherry University and other members attended the meeting. |

| Institutional Animal Ethics Committee (IAEC) meeting of this College was held on 14th February, 2009 and 10th October, 2009. 3 Research proposals were placed by the Department of Pharmacology and Microbiology of this College in each meeting and approved by the committee. |
